Are you not satisfied with your order? We think that's a pity and we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you.

You can return your order up to 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 5-7 working days after receipt of the return shipment.

Simple step-by-step plan

Step 1: Fill in the return form

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount to your bank account

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred back to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
